Heated INDOOR swimming pool, courtyard in the middle of the home, w/ fire pit. 4 Bed, 3 Bath, Wi-Fi, Netflix

Master bedroom is on the first floor with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms. One has queen bed, one has a double (full) bed, 3rd is Bunk Room w/ 3 bunk beds. 2 are twin/twin, the 3rd is twin/full. All bedrooms except #2 have HD TVs w/ Roku boxes w/ Netflix, YouTubeTV, HBO. 55" TV above fireplace. 3 full bathrooms.

We bought this home in 2018 and continue to upgrade it. June 2020 - new pool heater and pool liner, new wood floors in the kitchen, master bedroom, and added a new stainless fridge.

Only house with a swimming pool on the mountain. On nice nights, be sure to bring some marshmallows to roast in the courtyard on the outdoor fire pit.

Chess/checkers table in living room, along with some children play sets, Uno, Phase 10, and assortment of books.

Rooms come with clean sheets already tucked in for you, and a towel and face cloth for each guest to use. We even have toothbrush holders by the sink. The bathtub and showers have shampoo, conditioner and body wash so you don't need to bring your own. You might want to bring your own pool towel, or you can just wash and dry your bath towel in the washer & dryer we have by the pool room. Don't worry we have detergent too.

The home is located inside the community of the Massanutten Resort.

Massanutten is truly a 4 season resort. Massanutten Resort has many great activities available to book online through their website. Massanutten offers skiing, snow and grass tubing, 2 golf courses, an award winning indoor/outdoor water park, mountain biking, ziplining, putt-putt, go-carts, There are also about 30 miles of hiking trails.  Most Resort activities are available to our guests for an additional fee and should be booked online before your arrival, through Massanutten Resort's website.  

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 10 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
